CLARK FREEPORT Clark Development Corporation (CDC) Director Manuel Gaerlan took his oath Thursday, January 14, as president and CEO, becoming the 13th top executive to head the state-run government corporation since its inception in 1993.
He officially replaced Noel F. Manankil, who resigned in October 2020.
On the interim, Engr. Mariza O. Mandocdoc, vice-president for Administration and Finance Group (AFG), served as officer-in-charge. ....
