Reporter in 2000, a little boy from russia named denis was given what he said he thought was a second chance. I lost everything. Especially being an orphan. And this was my way of living again. Reporter abc 7 news profiled the story of russian orphans and the couple who soon became denis parents. Now they are facing 44 federal charges, including unlawful skou sexual intercourse. They are still living in denial. Reporter according to court records, he says that ralph began abusing him when he was 9.
