Teachers who are expected to impart impart education and 'sanskar' to younger generation are found involving in malpractices such as question paper leaks which creates havoc in society, the Rajasthan High Court observed.
The Court found it illogical that a Law University would not require a distinguished academician in the field of legal education to serve as its vice-chancellor.
The Court said that given our constitutional scheme, it is axiomatic that the office of the Governor is part of the State Government and as a natural corollary, so is the Governor's secretariat.
