The government has made RT-PCR test mandatory for people entering the state and those travelling outside. According to the COVID-19 guidelines, cinema halls, theaters, multiplexes, amusement parks will be closed from April 5. Swimming pools, gyms will not be allowed to open. The state government further said that excluding the takeaway and delivery services, restaurants should abide by the night curfew.

On Thursday, Rajasthan recorded 281 new cases, including 36 each in Jaipur and Jodhpur, 26 in Kota, 25 in Udaipur, 24 in Bhilwara and 22 in Ajmer.
