Chennai Rains | Cyclone Michaung News Live: The monsoon’s second cyclone, which will be named Michaung, brewing over the Bay may reach north Tamil Nadu and south Andhra Pradesh coast early on Monday. IMD is yet to forecast if the cyclone will cross Tamil Nadu coast or will veer off northwards.
