Unfortunately a cold front tonight is going to send temperatures falling fairly quick this evening as the winds switch out of the northwest and lows fall into the 20s. Friday looks like a cold with temperatures falling fairly steadily through the day with lots of wind. There may be a few snow showers in the morning in northwest and central iowa friday, but any accumulation would be very limited. Saturday looks like another very cold and windy day with highs in the low teens but wind chill values in the single digits. Another light snow is likely late saturday through the evening although at this point it looks as if any accumulation would stay under an inch.
