Figuracion) LAOAG CITY - The Schools Division of Laoag City in Ilocos Norte on Thursday was awarded for its initiative on localizing Radio-Television-Based Instruction (RTVBI) during the Department of Education's (DepEd) EdTech Awards at the Baguio Teachers Camp. DepEd Laoag, which got the Best Educational Technology Innovation Program award, was one of the three awardees from Region 1 and among the 49 national awardees.
