CITC to provide 10 GHz for commercial spectrum use by 2025

The Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) will provide more than 10 GHz to improve commercial and innovative use of Saudi Arabia s radio spectrum by 2025, Argaam reported citing CITC governor Mohammed Al Tamimi. He said the Saudi telecom regulator is working on setting up a new outlook for commercial and innovative use of radio spectrum. He was speaking on the sidelines of a webinar on Radio Spectrum for International Mobile Telecommunications (IMT)-2020 and beyond: Fostering Commercial and Innovative Use .
