In the comedy.co.uk awards Ricky Gervais’s After Life has been named comedy of the year in the annual Comedy.co.uk awards. The Netflix series was also named best returning TV sitcom, following a public vote for the winner. Gervais said: ‘Lovely award. Best Returning TV Sitcom for After Life.
