Em entrevista à Rádio Senado, o consultor legislativo Luciano Oliveira defendeu a necessidade de aperfeiçoamentos no texto da
reforma administrativa para que possíveis mudanças na
Constituição não afetem os
regras de transição.
A PEC 32/2020 diz que haverá uma lei complementar federal dispondo sobre o
Regime Jurídico dos Servidores, mas não esclarece se essa futura lei vai se aplicar aos servidores atuais , apontou o consultor.
Ele ainda declarou:
