Ms.
Johnson has been with the organization for more than a decade, serving as senior director of program operations and most recently she stepped into the role as Interim CEO. 
 
A native of Chattanooga, she graduated in 2009 from the University of Tennessee Knoxville with a Master’s in Public Health, Planning and Administration. In 2019, she graduated from Leadership Chattanooga and today serves on multiple United Way steering committees.   
 
During the interim phase, Ms. Johnson underwent the formal hiring process conducted by the Board Search Committee.
