SYDNEY, Dec. 7, 2022 /PRNewswire/ Parnell Pharmaceuticals Holdings Ltd (OTC Pink Open Market: PARNF) ("Parnell") today commenced its previously announced backstopped rights offering to raise gross proceeds of approximately US$4.0 million (the "Rights Offering").
