Officials in Trenton say a 19-year-old has been arrested and charged in the death of 9-year-old SeQuoya Bacon-Jones, who was fatally shot while playing in a courtyard.
The fourth grader was outside her family's residence when she was killed by gunfire after a large fight broke out nearby. The public is being urged to help track down the shooter.
