Method Co., a leading Philadelphia-based real estate management, development and design firm rooted in hospitality, unveils today the name and more details of their newest property, The Quoin, in addition to new hotel renderings and a website landing page. The new luxury, boutique hotel will be located in the former historic Security Trust & Safe Deposit Company Building at 519 Market Street in Wilmington, Delaware, and is scheduled to open late summer 2022. The Buccini/Pollin Group, Inc. (BPG), Delaware s largest real estate developer and a national-scale owner/operator of hotels, chose Method Co. for this project.
