Tonight the pentagon says it does not believe prorussian militants in ukraine are capable of shooting down the boeing 777 on their own. They believe militants would have needed help from the russians. So far no one is taking responsibility for the deaths of 298 people onboard that plane. It was just before 9 00 a. M. Saturday when Police Respond red to a terrible scene in southwest philadelphia. Police say that a fouryearold boy inside this house on malcolm street fell out of a second story window on the backside of the home. The boy suffered severe head and facial injuries and was immediately taken to the Childrens Hospital of philadelphia. He is still in critical but stable condition. Its not yet known how the boy was able to make his way out of the window but neighbors nearby describe him as a happy young child always with his mother. She pick her kids up every day and put them in the strollers. Reporter she had a couple kids. She have three children.
