Que. Announces Return to Normalcy for the Start of the 2021 School Year At a news conference in Quebec City, Quebec Education Minister Jean-François Roberge outlines the province’s plan regarding the return to in-person classes in the fall of 2021. He is joined by Quebec associate minister for Education Isabelle Charest, as well as by Dr. Horacio Arruda, Quebec’s national director of public health. Mr. Roberge announces a return to normalcy for the next school year with the resumption of in-person instruction for elementary and high school level students. The wearing of masks and social distancing will not be required in school settings.
