泉州：汽车排放超标上路需过两关

记者从泉州市道路运输中心了解到，泉州市开始全面实施汽车排放检验与维护制度（简称I/M制度）。也就是说，汽车尾气排放检验不合格的，要过两关，第一关是到有资质的维修厂维修治理，第二关是凭证到机动车排放机构复检，合格后方可上路。
据介绍，I/M制度的“I”站指的是机动车检验检测机构，“M”站指的具有资质的机动车治理维修企业，就是我们平时说的维修厂。即日起，如果你的汽车尾气排放检验不合格，那就要先到“M”站维修，获得《机动车维修竣工出厂合格证》，再到原“I”站申请复检，检查合格了方可上路。
“I/M制度会更严格，能进一步规范机动车污染治理，防止车辆超标排放对大气环境产生的污染，实现机动车检测、维修治理、复检等环节闭环管理。”市道路� ....
