新华网讯出生缺陷发生概率如何减少？妇幼保健服务体系能力如何提升？母婴安全未来面临哪些挑战？
郎景和院士指出，母婴安全面临挑战，要特别关注高龄孕产妇增加等引发的问题。
对此，复旦大学附属妇产科医院院长徐丛剑指出，从妇产科学和生理角度考虑，一方面要提倡和鼓励婚育夫妻转变“晚婚晚育”观念，尽早安排生育计划；另一方面，专业机构要做好出生缺陷的三级预防，也就是通过遗传咨询、营养干预等一级预防手段，防止出生缺陷的发生，通过产前诊断、宫内治疗等二级预防手段，减少出生缺陷儿的出生，并通过新生儿筛查等三级预防手段，加强对出生缺陷儿的及时治疗。
