The man was bitten on the leg by a coyote while near the Stanley Park Pitch and Putt Thursday night, said the B.C. Conservation Officer Service in a Facebook post on Friday.

“Conservation officers are continuing to patrol the area and are attempting to locate and destroy the coyote(s) involved in these attacks,” it said.
The trails between the aquarium and Brockton Oval were closed Friday as officers search specific areas in the park to try to catch the right coyote. ....
