Again, we need to engage russia and have a better idea of what theyre really thinking about, what their capabilities are, and then fashioning a policy that gets us where we want to get if not tomorrow over time. And its been bad for us, but also bad for ukraine because were in a situation where we made this commitment that we are likely not going to follow through on anytime soon, and at the same time ukraine has had crimea taken away, has been subject to this very brutal conflict.
