12 passengers rescued from distressed motorboat off Zamboanga del Norte | Philippine Coast Guard reported Monday that 12 passengers, including 8 adults, 2 children, and 2 infants, were rescued in the waters of Dapitan City. The passengers were traveling to Rizal Shrine when their motorboat submerged. They were turned over to the Dapitan City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office for further assistance.
