The storm is projected to reach category 4 strength is expected to Pummel Louisiana tomorrow, the 16th Anniversary of Hurricane Katrina. The national Weather Service urgently warning residents to complete preelparations today, adding, quote, some places are uninhabitable for weeks or months. Storm surge of 0 to 15 feet is expected along with winds as strong as 150 miles an hour. Mayor of New Orleans says if youre going to evacuate, now is the time to leave.
