12 year-old Joshua Agboola, a student of Bellina College in Lagos State, has emerged the overall winner of the MTN mPulse Hackathon for 2020.
Agboola won the competition through his Kagukar Study Buddie, a web-based application, designed to promote homeschooling through the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Speaking on the rationale behind the design of the website, Joshua said the intention was to impact the nation’s educational system by creating a web-based application that will enable Nigerian students access their school curriculum remotely.
“This is an all-encompassing app that also caters for the needs of visually-impaired students,” he added. ....
