The evacuation orders extend all the way out to the pacific ocean. The evacuation zone is massive. Sonoma county and cal fire officials are trying to figure out when people may be able to return to their neighborhood. At this point, all evacuation orders and warnings remain in effect. It is destroyed. They are still on the scene at this point putting out the hot spots on that threestory apartment complex. Were told it has 30 units, 37 people lived there. Now, the red cross is on scene to help those who have been displaced by this fire. I just spoke with the red cross director just a few moments ago and she tells me that some 37 people are without a home. However, many of them are being picked up by family and taken home. They are now working to provide some food and possible shelter for those that remain.
