The order came after a team of Andhra Pradesh Police CID officials today concluded its two-day interrogation of Naidu in the Skill Development Corporation scam case at Rajamahendravaram Central Prison.
The TDP chief, N Chandrababu Naidu, has been granted two days custody by a court for further interrogation in connection with the Skill Development Corporation scam. The Andhra Pradesh High Court dismissed Naidu s petition to quash the FIR registered against him. Naidu was arrested on September 9 for allegedly misappropriating funds from the Skill Development Corporation.
The CID alleged that the accused persons misappropriated the funds by funnelling them through a web of companies belonging to their associates using fake invoices
