A 39-year-old man from Mecklenburg in Limpopo was sentenced to life imprisonment in the Burgersfort Regional Court on Wednesday after he was found guilty of repeatedly raping a 75-year-old gran and then bringing her food after the attack.
The rapist, Solly Surprise Ntlwane, overpowered his victim, a traditional healer, after she showed him kindness and provided him with a place to stay for a night.
