Rural Nevada station (Pop 54,000) is planning to restructure our news department. The new approach would combine station functions to create one full-time position. This includes gathering and broadcasting local News & Public Affairs; and Community Outreach, to develop and maintain the local relationships that drive our Public Service effort.
