Two lanes also remain open on the southbound Northway at this vicinity, with one lane closed. Meanwhile, the driver of the truck involved in the accident on the Northway Wednesday causing damage to a bridge that closed part of the Northway for hours has been ticketed. State police say 56-year-old George Gazzi of Colonie was driving, when the boom lift on the trailer of the truck had raised, hitting the Sitterly Road overpass. ....
