为3万户困难老年人家庭进行适老化改造，建设100个省级儿童“关爱之家”示范项目，向3万名快递员、送餐员等“八大群体”赠送健康体检服务……7月9日，省委党史学习教育领导小组办公室召开的“我为群众办实事” 开展困难群体关爱行动新闻发布会上，省民政厅、团省委、省总工会、省妇联、省残联以及扬州市有关负责同志介绍关爱困难群体务实举措以及推进计划。
真金白银补齐短板
针对农村养老服务这个短板，我省计划将100个农村敬老院改造提升为标准化农村区域性养老服务中心，并在保障特困人员集中供养需求的基础上，向农村社会老人开放富余床位，以满足他们“养老不离乡”的愿望。80个农村敬老院已开始改造提升，其中31个目前完成改造。
