Divers continue search for man who apparently fell into water in East Providence

A search continues Monday morning for a man who apparently fell into the water last week near the East Providence Yacht Club, according to East Providence Detective Lt. Raymond Blinn.
Police and firefighters from East Providence, several other municipalities and the Rhode Island State Police also searched over the weekend for the 61-year-old man, whose name has not been released.
The man s family reported Friday night that they hadn t heard from him, and then on Saturday, a check of surveillance video appeared to show that he had fallen into the water on Wednesday, Blinn said. ....
