PROVIDENCE   Imagine being seven months pregnant during COVID-19. Now imagine deciding whether to get the vaccine when no research has been done on how it affects pregnant or lactating women. That’s the dilemma Amanda Adams, a pharmacist at Rhode Island Hospital, faced when the Pfizer vaccine arrived in mid-December. She lives in Greenville with her husband and has a 4-year-old son.
