We can have the full picture. i get that when it comes to the russia investigation, because we re still waiting to hear the whole picture there. when it comes to michael cohen, we kind of do have the whole picture. southern district of new york said these payments were illegal, campaign contributions and the prosecutor say they were done in direction of and coordination with president trump. and now michael cohen is going to jail as a result of that and other crimes. don t we have the whole picture there? i don t think we do. for one thing, the u.s. attorney s office described michael cohen as being deceitful, as being motivated by greed and point to that that he was not a cooperating witness. on the special counsel side, the special counsel praised him for his cooperation in the russian investigation. so we have two different pictures of michael cohen. and many of the crimes for which he is going to prison have ....
Dnc headquarters were broken into in the summer of 1972. today, the dnc contends that although it was russia who did the hacking to break into dnc headquarte headquarters, they allege the trump campaign and people associated with the campaign were partners in this crime. the list of defendants is long. the dnc is suing the russian federation, which means russia, gru, russian military intelligence, the specific staff from the gru who posed as the hacker, which was the hacker that took credit for the hacking and robbery of the dnc. they are bringing the suit against russian business associates of trump behind setting up the trump tower meeting. they brought a suit against joseph missuf who prosecutor say told george papadopoulos that russia had stolen democratic ....
Here. as far as the comey raid and stormy daniels goes, there is a result of what they find in michael cohen s information regarding the president. there is apparently a lot of information there. and there is the campaign violation possibility. $130,000 as a campaign contribution, that is $100,000 above the legal limit. you keep hearing from the president s defenders, fire rosenstein, shut this investigation down. the deputy attorney general says, sorry, bob, this isn t your jurisdiction, i m going to hand this off to new york. it goes to federal prosecutors in new york, where not only does the prosecutor say, let s take this forward. then it goes in front of a judge to get a warrant. if this is such as stake, don t you think with the dozens of people involved in it, we would know about it? ....

Away from a controversy. as a prosecutor would this be a very difficult case? oh, it s an extremely difficult case. i m sure they probably struggled. this happened in june or july february for the indictment. i think they probably struggled whether or not to charge her. i think the ethical and moral issues and the fact that you had the text messages during the time of the suicide made the prosecutor say, listen even if we get something, this kind of behavior rises to criminal. let s put it out to the public and let s see. put knit a court of law and see what everybody thinks. but you have to be careful when you start using words as the vehicle for criminal actions. so you know there s a weighing of rights and moral and ethical obligation. and here we are talk building it. we will i think further. karen desoto thank you so much. it was a stop gap deal on capitol hill that could put john boehner s job in jeopardy and it s next. ....
