HB 2005 expands protections under the law for Missouri's farm and ranch families in certain eminent domain proceedings. "We are happy to join the Missouri Cattlemen's Association, farmers, and ranchers from across the state to sign this long-awaited legislation into law," Governor Parson said. Thinks about the voting rights decision in june also, congress has a lot of room to maneuver. if it doesn t run into bill of rights protections, equal protection protections she s not concerned about the kinds of more property rights protections you re talking about. julie ana. i m just wondering how rare and significant is it to have a sitting justice speaking so candidly about retirement calling the court activist court? why is she doing this? that was fascinating. adam? she s a self-confident public servant in who in a democracy thinks a government official might from time to time want to talk to the press. she s given several interviews this summer. she s using activism in a particular sense. some say judicial activism when they want to insult the other side. she s talking about the court which she thinks is high to strike down congressional legislation. all you need do is look at the end of june where they strike ....
you know, i think that this is a very antiinflammatory way to talk about what is a serious issue going on for a long time. erosion of civil liberties, property rights protections and everything else in russia. mitt romney in 2012 called it a political foe and was mocked for it. issue after issue, syria, they barred adoptions of russian children. okay. fair enough. maybe they can do that. they have also barred u.s. ngos from operating in russia and jailing political participants. it s actually gotten a lot of americans what weren t engaged with this very serious to think about it. that s a fair point. let me play what the president, because when you hear me show the question do you want to ask what the president said because obviously, he s going to russia, as we know, despite the edward snowden massive snub and despite ....
People can look the other way on. and then it can become something else. is it fair? it can escalate. when you are getting history lessons from jay leno you are getting away from thousands died in concentration camps. this is not that situation. it s alarming. the law is despicable. the law bans the propaganda of non-traditional relationships around minors. it s a disservice of those who died and suffered in the holocaust. i think let s use the specific instance of what is going on with the people, the young teenagers that are gay and getting beat up that s more moving and compelling than calling them nazis. is it fair? you know, i think that this is a very antiinflammatory way to talk about what is a serious issue going on for a long time. erosion of civil liberties, property rights protections and ....
