Davis Contributing Writer The Empowerment Congress West Area Neighborhood Development Council will host The Collective: Mind, Body, and Soul, which is the group’s 2nd annual wellness event. The fair will take place on Saturday May 13, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., in the upstairs parking area of the Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Mall., located at 3650 West Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., in Los Angeles.
