Adrian Hillman arrives in Malta to face money laundering charges

Adrian Hillman, the former managing director of Allied Newspapers wanted by Maltese authorities over money laundering and fraud charges has arrived in Malta.
Hillman is wanted in Malta to face charges of money laundering and corruption in a case which saw 11 people arraigned in court, including former Prime Minister Joseph Muscat’s right hand man, Keith Schembri.
Sources told
Newsbook that Hillman was on his way to Malta from the United Kingdom, where he was completing his PhD studies.
It is understood that upon his arrival, Hillman was detained by the Economic Crimes Unit for his interrogation. ....
