I am the Deputy Director of the Human Services agency for administration. And i guess id like to start off by talking about our process and where we are in the process and then we will go into the substance of this presentation. So, the department of aging and Adult Services is of course part of the Human Services agency. And the Human Services agency has within it a sort of a large support staff area.
