It certainly its an issue, right, for us, that we dont have the gec on board and we are procuring and we understand why thats necessary to support that. Some have the onall bert benchh perhaps through the Engineering Resources might be able to back receive fill a few areas, but really, we do rely on the gec contract for the majority of the work going forward. As far as the procurements, theres been some need to backfill some of the gecs for the current sixmonth period that were in and in addition, we will be needing to support caltrain and highspeed rail as they procure that operations consultant that steven mentioned for the rail operation analysis. I would rather be proactive instead of catching up with the project. Could not agree with you more and the esc has discussed this as a potential risk item. You have asked for this, an ongoing risk register and just tracking and i know thats something director lipkin will do and project development, as well as vice chair. So were all aware and appreciate your interests in getting ahead and not just reacting and playing catchup and that way were doing the best work we can to try to get ahead of these things. Thank you.
