Profiling. carlton has been more or less searched some 30 plus times. and i couldn t understand why. after you search a child 20 times, why search him 20 more to find nothing? it doesn t make any sense to me. it seems like people are getting together and doing these things on purpose. i don t know if the law has the right for them to do that. i think it s excessive power of force. i think it s abuse. i don t think they have the right. my son says daddy, i had nothing to do with this. i don t believe carlton had anything to do with this. can he be set up? i believe he can be set up. that i believe. if there s no evidence? what are they trying to do? make up evidence? create evidence? if it s not there, it s not there. right now you re guilty until proven innocent. you re not innocent until proven guilty. ....

Extraordinarily long time. and we have another case here where the police are saying that the person who was shot went for the officer s gun this has become a very familiar story to people. absolutely. is that just my read with it this seems to be the story in many of these cases? i ve been involved in many police shooting cases as a plaintiff s lawyer and it is common narrative now that the person went for their gun. and that s just kind of ridiculous to me. like someone putting their happened in the waistband when they have nothing and the police have guns on them like in the michael brown case. so it s a common thing that is often said. this case, though strikes me in a way that is fundamentally racial profiling. this is a young man who was walking down the street minding his own business. the police tried to stop him. he said no. he was not under arrest. he was not unlegally detained. key have continued on. which he did. but it s the police who pursued ....
