大学教师“跳槽”到中小学，他们的选择值得尊重
高等院校教职人员放弃科研学术，而转入中小学教书，外界难免产生“大材小用”之类的慨叹。虽然具体到个案，每个人的想法与境遇各不相同，但总体来看，他们的选择并不奇怪，也理应得到舆论的理解。
高知人才就业的方向本来就是多元的，若认为他们进入大学教书以后就一定不会离开，其实是一种刻板印象。在外界不少人眼中，大学教师的工作是光鲜亮丽的，但这未必是所有身在其中者的状态，尤其是不少“青椒”和普通职场人一样面临各种生存压力。他们挣脱传统思维的束缚，尝试在不同舞台发挥自己的创造力，理应受到支持。
