have just ended an eventful tenure as the Vice Chancellor of Federal University Oye-Ekiti. Can you share your experience with us?
I was the Vice Chancellor after Prof Chinedu Nebo, who was actually the pioneer VC and Prof Isaac Asuzu. Between them, they shared five-year tenure because Prof Nebo was appointed as the Minister of Power by President Goodluck Jonathan. Having said that, what really occurred was that I was only saddled with the mere pioneer status in view of what we had to do. When I got there, the place was almost like a desiccated land ....
