New Orleans-based documentarian Jason Kerzinski recently visited Manchac, Louisiana, to talk to fisherfolk there about an international chemical company's plan to capture carbon dioxide from a nearby natural gas-to-hydrogen plant and pipe it beneath Lake Maurepas.
