Joseph Kyle Davolt, 28, of Polk County, is facing six counts related to a Domestic Disturbance in Morrisville. According to the Probable Cause Statement, on Friday, Feb. 23, a fellow citizen heard Davolt and his wife arguing. The Polk County Sheriff s Office was called around 7:16 p.m., once the neighbor heard the woman state, “Ow, that hurt!”
