The court issued a rule asking Bazlur Rashid and the state to explain in 10 days why the subordinate court s order that granted bail to him should not be scrapped.
The HC bench of Justice Md Nazrul Islam Talukder and Justice Ahmed Sohel also set January 18 next year for hearing the rule.
