Kevin Kennedy’s personnel file, obtained by The Forum through a public records request, includes documents that say Kennedy acknowledged inserting himself into personal relationships between students, including asking students if they took and sent nude photographs, provided opinions as to who students should date, and tried to set students up on dates.
