Dairy Producers Begin Search For Royalty Current District 6 Dairy Princess, Alyce Silva, will relinquish her crown later this year. Contestants are being sought now for the district’s Dairy Princess Contest.

The local dairy industry is searching for young women wishing to compete for the District 6 Dairy Princess crown.
The winner will represent the dairy industry in District 6 – which includes Stanislaus County – as a spokesperson and will also represent the California dairy industry in appearances with various audiences. The newly selected Dairy Princess and Alternates will participate in a mandatory professional development and educational training July 6 through 8, 2021.

The Brown County American Dairy Association in conjunction with Midwest Dairy is pleased to announce newly crowned 2021 Princesses and Ambassadors. Due to COVID-19 restrictions a private, candidate only crowning with lunch, planning meeting and professional development was held at Tauer Dairy on Saturday, Feb. 27.
2021 Brown County Dairy Ambassadors are:
Emma Fischer, a freshman at Sleepy Eye St. Mary’s High School. She is the daughter of Nikki and Darrel Fischer and represents Riverside Dairy.
Gracie Sellner, a sophomore at Sleepy Eye St. Mary’s High School, is the daughter of Loran and Heidi Sellner. She represents her family’s farm, Sellner Dairy.
