A 17-year-old youth in Prince George, B.C., died from their injuries following a stabbing early Thursday. RCMP say they have arrested three youths in connection with the incident.
While he was being booked, the man grabbed and discharged a canister of bear spray that was sitting on a shelf. An officer subsequently shot him in the groin.
