With a goal to raise $40,000 for area child abuse prevention organizations, the Radiothon to End Child Abuse kicked off its 35th year on Thursday with a 12-hour broadcast.
United Way of Bemidji Area is partnering with Paul Bunyan Broadcasting and local child abuse prevention partners to host the 35th Annual Radiothon to End Child Abuse on Thursday, Dec. 7.
The 29th annual Radiothon to End Child Abuse starts at noon Thursday, Dec. 1. WJJY, B93.3, The Power Loon and COOL 103.5 will join with area child protection teams and Prevent Child Abuse Minnesota to raise funds for, and awareness about, child abuse prevention and neglect.
