Those are the things that weve been looking at today. So i actually didnt go into the Development Agreement that much because i know that were going to be talking about that in two days. And my staff and my office have been working on putting in more amendments that, of course, it wouldnt be right now, wed introduce those amendments on on wednesday. So thankfully the balboa reservoir project heard us loud and clear from the Community Members and will be a reflection of the desire to retain, attract and nurture the next generation of san franciscans. The project will have two and three bedroom units and other amenities including open space play areas a child care facility and indoor and outdoor common areas for events. Overall i believe the project is thoughtful and includes many of the elements and that the community is able to see if two acre park that will be central to the project and pedestrian walkways and bike lanes connecting the neighborhoods to ocean avenue corridor. Balboa reservoir project. If we look at what the current status quo is swr have a massive parking lot across from a mini mart. Be spent years coming up with a proposed solution that would have over a thousand homes, half of which will affordable and subsidized.
