　　城乡居民“两病”用药执行门诊统筹起付标准和报销比例，在城乡居民门诊统筹季度限额150元的基础上，患有高血压居民用药加30元，即可达到180元/季度，患有糖尿病居民用药加60元，即可达到210元/季度，同时患有“两病”的参保患者按糖尿病限额标准执行。
　　特别提醒：参保人员患高血压病（3期）、糖尿病（具有合并症之一者）经认定后享受沈阳市门诊规定病种待遇，不重复享受“两病”门诊用药保障待遇
