Sicily has some of Italy’s most spectacular scenery and towns whose history goes back, not hundreds, but thousands of years. Greek, Arab, Norman, French and Spanish conquerors have all left their mark on the art and architecture of this beautiful island. <br/><br/>We will visit six of Sicily’s most interesting places in this course, virtually strolling through those that can be seen in a single day: Agrigento, Taormina, Cefalu, Erice, Monreale and Siracusa.
